Solutions by actor

How Konect Plus serves chambers, institutions and member companies.

This page explains Konect Plus through the lens of the organisations that use it. The product model stays consistent, but each actor enters the platform with a different role, scope, trust position and operating need.

Chamber

Lead the ecosystem and structure the public layer

Position the network, publish opportunities and guide member organisations through trusted workflows.

Institution

Operate programmes, partnerships and structured participation

Support initiatives, education flows and strategic participation through a clearer operating model.

Member Company

Move from visibility into participation and growth

Start with a controlled entry, build public presence and access stronger workflows over time, including Trade when premium trust conditions are met.

Actor journeys

Three actor readings, one chamber-led product model.

01

For Chambers

Use Konect Plus to present the chamber publicly, organise member visibility, publish opportunities and lead a structured business ecosystem.

Public presence, network value and operational coordination
02

For Institutions

Use Konect Plus to support programmes, partnerships, sector initiatives and participation flows with a more credible and professional structure.

Programme-led and institution-led journeys
03

For Member Companies

Use Konect Plus to build visibility, access opportunities, take part in programmes and move from basic presence into stronger participation. Trade execution remains premium and reviewed.

Controlled entry with room to grow

Shared model

Different actors enter the platform differently, but the product rules stay consistent.

Member companies usually start through Join. Chambers and institutions can enter through Join or Demo depending on the level of onboarding support required. Access is reviewed first, approved organisations can start in Free, and Premium comes later when broader workflows or Trade access are needed.

Join

The natural entry point for member companies

Join creates a controlled request reviewed by Konect before any access is activated.

Demo

A more commercial or institutional path for structured onboarding

This path is better suited to chambers, institutions and broader rollout conversations.

Access model

Free, Premium, Verified and Accreditation are not the same thing

Free is baseline access. Premium expands usage and can enable Trade access. Verified reflects trust review. Accreditation reflects chamber or institutional legitimacy.

Trade boundary

Konect orchestrates Trade without becoming the regulated service provider

Banking, insurance and freight execution remain partner-led while Konect tracks the handoff and trust context.

What each actor gets

Different roles, consistent product outcomes.

Outcome 01

Clearer visibility

Each actor gets a more credible public position, with stronger presentation than a generic directory-style listing.

Outcome 02

Better participation

The right organisations can move into opportunities, education, responses and structured engagement more easily.

Outcome 03

More credible operations

Trust, review, admin support and governance stay aligned with the chamber-led model instead of drifting into a generic platform story.

Keep the actor story simple

Use the homepage for the main product overview, then use this page when you need a clearer actor-by-actor reading of Konect Plus.

Join remains the natural entry point for member companies. Demo remains the better path for chambers, institutions and more structured onboarding discussions.
