Product architecture

How Konect Plus is structured around chambers, clients and platform operations.

This page is a secondary architecture view of Konect Plus. The platform combines a public layer, client workspaces, Trade orchestration, platform administration and trust operations, while EventPro remains a separate premium event product.

Public layer

Chambers, opportunities, events and education

The public surface explains the product through discovery, credibility and chamber-led ecosystem visibility.

Client workspace

Controlled workflows for chambers, institutions and member companies

The workspace supports publishing, participation, responses, profile management and operational follow-up.

Trade layer

Premium, trust-based commercial handoff

Trade sits after reviewed access and qualification. It is not open self-signup or a free execution flow.

Platform admin

Internal governance, trust and audit

Platform admins remain internal users. They operate the system, support clients and keep actions auditable.

EventPro boundary

Separate premium event product

Konect Plus frames the ecosystem around events, while EventPro remains the dedicated event delivery layer.

Core layers

A platform organised around clear surfaces, not around generic SaaS modules.

01

Public surface

The public layer makes chambers, institutions, opportunities, education and event visibility easier to understand and easier to trust.

Market-facing clarity
02

Client workspace

Chambers, institutions and member companies use the workspace to manage profile, participation, responses, programmes and day-to-day activity.

Controlled client workflows
03

Trade orchestration

Trade adds a premium execution layer for qualified opportunities, structured responses, milestones, documents, payment status and partner handoff.

Premium and trusted participants only
04

Platform admin

The admin layer is for internal operations only: trust, billing, moderation, client support, configuration and audited intervention.

Internal platform control

Trust and operations

The product stays credible because access, trust and admin actions are structured.

Konect Plus is not designed as an open self-signup platform. Join requests are reviewed, approved organisations can start in Free, Premium comes after validation, Trade execution is reserved for premium and trusted participants, and platform admins remain internal operators rather than public actors.

Controlled onboarding

Join creates a reviewed request, not an automatic account

This keeps the initial platform access aligned with chambers, institutions and real ecosystem participation.

Access progression

Approved organisations may start in Free, then move into Premium when relevant

Premium expands usage and enables Trade access where appropriate. It does not replace onboarding review or create an automatic trust status.

Trade boundary

Konect coordinates Trade; it is not a bank, insurer or freight carrier

The platform can track partner handoff, documents, payment status and payouts without presenting regulated execution as a Konect service.

Trust signals

Verified and Accreditation remain distinct from Premium

Verification reflects trust review. Accreditation reflects chamber or institutional legitimacy. They are separate product signals.

Admin actions

Platform admins can support clients without becoming public actors

Client content remains owned by the client organisation, while assisted actions remain auditable as internal admin actions.

Keep the product story clear

Use the homepage for the main product overview, then use this page when you need a clearer view of the product architecture.

Demo remains useful for chambers, institutions and more structured rollout conversations. Join remains the natural entry point for member companies.
